ew Potatoes is a division of Sweet Potatoes, Inc. which was founded in 1978 by Anna Tokunaga and Josie Jurczenia; two young moms with the shared dream of creating bright, imaginative kids clothing. Ginny Holmes joined Sweet Potatoes clothing company in 1981.
